mod install problem

"DAO_PRC_PROMO_WKD_1.0"
inside is "DAO_PRC_PROMO_WKD_1.0.dazip" and "damodder" folder.
inside "damodder" folder is the contents of "DAO_PRC_PROMO_WKD_1.0.dazip"
I drag the "DAO_PRC_PROMO_WKD_1.0" to the damodder and hit install.
it says there is a problem and the mod maynot have been installed completely.
now i check the Addins folder and there is a folder there named "DAO_PRC_PROMO_WKD"
no xml file modified or anything.
