Should only create one backup per session

Right now DAModder creates a new backup every single time you install, or uninstall a mod. If you open the application and install a whole bunch of mods at once before quitting and going in game, you could very well end up with no valid backup if the first mod installed caused a corruption.
The backup scheme should be changed so that only one backup each time you run the application. Another one wouldn't be created unless you exited and restarted the application.
