error when selecting the Backup/Restore tab

when i select the Backup/Restore tab in the DAModder i get an error message popup with this detail text:

this happens just the first time when you use the DAModder and havent installed anything with it, after you installed your first mod the tab is usable without an error message.
it seems the error is becouse it cant locate a backup file becouse there is none.

i can confirm this issue is resolved in 1.4 for me
