Readme - content scroll issue

As it is now, beta 1.9.6, if you choose to display a readme
file, you get a popup, there you have to click in the popup-readme
text to be able to scroll through the readme text, is it possible
to make the text scrollable without having to make that klick?
I guess that would also apply to changelogs.

Thats Windows and its annoying focus issues for you. Not sure I can do anything about it but I can try.
