readme file not displayed with non conform core override mods

I downloaded and installed Bergens_Honor_and_Textures-146.zip
from here: http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=146

It is a non compatible format core override mod.
The zip includes the files and a readme file.

i am not sure if damodder should be able to display the readme file or not
but as it is now it dosent display the included readme file.

maybe there can something be done to display the readme file
even if its a non compatible core override mod?

I am not sure if that is a suggestion or a bugreport
because i am unsure if the application should be able to display the readme or not.

please add tags yourself as you think they are appropiate.
