[REQUEST] Specify configuration files in the manifest file

Some way to specify in the Manifest file if there are any "non-standard" configuration files, and what they are. Somebody might want to uninstall the mod (space or for a "clean install"), but keep the config files.
For me, I have a core override mod which needs to use a GDA for configuration (I can't use the INI file for technical reasons.)
