README file renamed to all lower case when installed
Reported by FollowTheGourd | December 9th, 2009 @ 07:57 PM | in Beta 3
If I include a README.txt file with the mod (here a core override if that makes any difference), then it's been renamed to readme.txt after installation. Keeping it all uppercase makes it easier for somebody to later spot.

Actually its completely renamed form whatever is found, to "readme.txt" so that the later code is easier to work with.
When installing the mod, DAModder finds ANY text file with "readme" in the name, and copies it to the mod's install as "readme.txt"

Actually I just looked over the code, and the whole "copy to readme.txt" thing is legacy code and I don't need it anymore. So i'll take it out and keep the file as is.
