Core Override mods are not being installed properly

Something in the new code to handle .zip's and .dazip's is breaking some of the older install routines. Currently core override's don't seem to be actually installing the mod's files

- State changed from “new” to “invalid”
nothing to see here. I had packaged the mod wrong. Move along now :)
