possible bug in information window info display
Reported by Alex "Alexspeed" Bachner | December 14th, 2009 @ 09:17 AM
This is from beta 2.2.0
I am not sure this is working as intended,
i attached the mod "Auto_Loot_1_13-28.zip" and an image of how it
looks in my information display after its installed
shouldnt that be much better structured?
i think i remember it displayed much better in former
versions...
not sure if the tags are fitting, modify them as you wish.

That is correct, unfortunately. It did display better before when I had markdown written to be very "loose" and work on inline lists, but I was forced to tighten that up due to severe formatting problems it was causing in most texts.

- Tag changed from css, damarkdown, information_display, ui, ui_bug to css, damarkdown, information_display, ui
pushing this to top because i want to know the answer if using DAMarkdown would help with this =)

Yes if the mod author formats it according to Markdown it will display better. The problem is Markdown requires list items be separated by lines. A CR/LF character. I thought I could make it work with them all on the same line, but it just became a world of hurt :)
Now in the future I may suddenly find a way to make it work better, but for now, it has to follow the standard Markdown syntax.

Thank you for clearing that up,
i hope you find a way anyway because most authors wont use markdown i dare to promise,
when you take laziness and unwillingness and uninformed pepole into account.
